ROA members line up to meet the Princes Royal
Friday April 11th 2025: The picture below shows ROA members preparing for the occasion of the visit of the Princess Royal to Mariners Park where she opened Nautilus House, a new residential complex for retired seafarers and, also, headquarters of Nautilus International. Mariners Park is located in Wallasey.
The picutre was taken in the radio room of the complex where an amateur radio station has been established. It is operated by former Merchant Navy Radio Officers who are licenced radio amateurs and ex seafarer residents assuming they hold a Radio Amateur licence.
